Requirement.:
To produce weekly resource allocation monitoring and updates. To produce forecast monthly resource updates, planned projections for confirmed, forecast and tendered projects. Create standard project activity work breakdown structures. To be able to report on budget variances, schedule delays and impacts. Report on resource costs V’s budget. Produce standard project performance S-Curves.
Experience.:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven planning/scheduling experiences of working in either an electrical contracting company, marine shipyard or Oil & Gas environment.
Knowledge.:
Detailed knowledge of electrical projects and/or electrical production activities. Understands the constraints of working in a contracting environment, the business sectors and environment that the company operates within.
Individual.:
The candidate must be a highly motivated, company driven, self sufficient individual. Able to progress daily activities without constant supervision and support. A clear forward thinker that understands planning and resource scheduling of small high volume shipyard and electrical contracting projects. Must also be able to support with other general administrative activities if and when required.
Skills.:
Conversant and experienced, able to demonstrate operating knowledge in Windows operating software MS Project, Excel, Word, OutLook, Evision, Primavera.
Language.:
Must be able to read, write and communicate with a high quality of English language.
